     This activity is limited to the first 20 participants signed up because of  time constraints; if the limit is reached prior to 6:15pm - then the activity will begin, if not, the Basic Rules will apply. Participants have to be signed in by 6:15pm in order to race because it takes time to prepare the line up and set up the race board; late entries will not be able to participate.
